Self-lubricating system imported from America provides continuous
CGF water Rinser-Filler-Capper Monobloc is an high efficient
automatic liquid packing machine, which perfectly combine bottle
rinsing machine, pressure filling machine and capping machine
together in one unit.
Empty bottles are fed into the rinsing machine iin order by air
conveyor, then be turned over and washed inside by the nozzles.
After dripping, bottles are fed to the filling machine automatially
to fill liquid at high speed and quality. The last process is safe
and reliable capping.
(1)The combination of suspending bottle-neck clamping and the
filling valve design make the bottle stable during the high-speed
moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of
production of different types of bottles easily.

washing clamps, and the clamps have no contact with the area above
the bottle's screw thread. So many micro-holes in the
washing-nozzle are used to wash the bottom of the bottle, and this
